Overview & Reviews
The power rear hatch is now standard on all models, as is wood and leather trim for the shift knob and steering wheel. The power passenger seat is upgraded from four-way to eight-way while the optional navigation system gets Bluetooth capability and voice actuated control. Last year's standard six-disc CD changer moves to the options list, making way for a standard single-CD setup.
- Well-appointed interior, rides more like a sedan than an SUV, loaded with high-tech features, solid reputation for reliability, excellent dealer service.
- Less powerful than some of its competitors, soft ride makes for merely adequate handling in corners, no third-row seat option.

Fun but jerky - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By DJ Winger - February 16 - 7:00 amI really love my new RX 330 in almost every way. I love the looks, and the enterior and the on the open road. Running errands around town is easier in the 330 than any car Ive owned. My only problem with the 330 is a jerking sensation from the transmission whenever I let off the excelerator and then step on it again. This is especially noticeable at low speeds like taking corners in my residential neighborhood. It is truly annoying. The dealership tells me it is caused by the electronic excelator instead of the old-fashioned cable. They claim all cars suffer from this problem, but I have never felt it on any other car I have owned or driven any length of time.

Pure Joy! - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By Richard Levy - January 25 - 2:56 pmWhen you drive this vehicle around town, its just another car. But when you take it on a trip - ITS PURE JOY! I love the nav. syst. It helps to keep me awake & alert when Im driving through the desert to Las Vegas in extreme comfort using cruise control. On a long trip this car is a "toy". its my entertainment, & I love it. Dual temp. control is a great feature. I inflated the tires to 37 psi & got 26 mpg without sacrificing comfort. Plenty of room for 2 sets of skiis & all our gear for a week of skiing at Las Vegas Ski Resort. No need to purchase ski rack. We needed chains for last 10 miles. No problem! We had rain in Las Vegas, Snow at Mt. Charleston, & wind on the freeway. No Problem!

best car so far - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By L. Van Zee - January 11 - 5:20 pmA nice midsized SUV with good mileage and ease of care. Maintenance is cheap in comparison to other SUVs in its class. That was one of the reasons I choose the car

Smart purchase - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By blautens - November 12 - 3:03 pmGreat midsize SUV - especially if youve decided you cant really use a 3rd seat that might be too small anyway. Very comfortable, great resale, looks great, and the only one we found with the power tailgate (for those who might not have the reach or strength for closing it sometimes). Easy to get in and out of.

Sexy Lexy - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By sexy lexy - October 5 - 10:03 pmGreat car! For the price I got many more bells and whistles with the GMC Envoy, but no where near the smooth ride. This is a MUCH BETTER BUY!!!

First but not the last - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By s - September 7 - 12:53 pmI never thought I would buy a Lexus but Im very impressed with the RX 330. The car is very quiet, picks up speed when needed and the interior and exterior is stylish for a SUV.

My Wifes Super 330, her 2nd Lexus - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By 4 Dr STD SUV - August 19 - 7:13 amIt came with Goodyear tires. This is my wifes second Lexus (first was a 92 SC 300) arriving with Goodyears and problems too. We still have Goodyears on this 330X. She still is very very high on her 2005 330X though.

Heaven on 4 wheels - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By Joanie Kilpatrick - August 7 - 1:53 pmIve always liked the looks of the RX300, but hesitated purchasing one due to what I felt were major flaws-the dark brown wood trim package, a serious blind spot, and the total lack of a console. I checked the auto show annually hoping theyld make the necessary corrections. My prayers were answered with the RX330. Bugs are gone, and features some grewere added such as a touch-button hydraulic lift gate, plus many more, making it the perfect choice. No other SUV matches the superior looks, inside and out

JRs Revies - 2005 Lexus RX 330
By John Richter - July 16 - 10:30 amThis car drives beautifully and handles well. The interior is spacious and extremely comfortable. The "sight lines" are excellent from the drivers seat. The automatic backup camera is a great addition and makes backing up less stressful.
